Domestic Orders (United States)

Domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail® (Standard 2-5 days), USPS Priority Mail® (Expedited 1-3 days), or USPS Priority Mail Express® (Overnight). A tracking number will be provided at the time your order is shipped.

International Orders (All Other Countries)

International orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail® International (International 7-21 days). International packages may be subject to customs fees, taxes and duties — these are the sole responsibility of the customer. Allkind is not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred. Allkind is required by law to list the value of any international order directly on the package. For more information on customs, duties and taxes that may be applicable to your international order, please contact your local customs office. Your tracking number will be provided at the time your order is shipped.

Local Pickup (Los Angeles area)

Local pickup is free and available at our Los Angeles, Santa Monica studio. Please select Delivery Method "Pick up" at checkout. Orders for pickup are usually ready within 2-4 days. If you need your order faster, include a note at checkout and we'll see what we can do!

Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with USPS using the tracking number provided with your order.
